Seeing as you're a teddy bear, I sure hope that's good enough for you.

What is the teddy bear range of hearing?
Anything above 250Hz is about -35db.

My Humble Setup

Setup is an 8GB 1st Gen iPod Touch driving a pair of Etymotic ER6i's that I got for my birthday last week.

Compared to the iBuds I was using before, they sound absolutely amazing. I am hearing all kinds of details that I have never heard before. I can now hear the actual tone/note of the drums instead of just the beat. I can even hear the actual initial vibration of the string on a cello. In short, I could not be happier with my birthday present, and I will use these babies until the drivers themselves finally give out.

I hope this isn't too many pics in one post. I read the board FAQ and only found how to post pictures, not how many are allowed in one post. If anyone knows, please feel free to tell me.

Yes! I have a very good idea of what that rig sounds like(mine are ER6).

Never too many HQ pics...and I snagged one of those for my Webshots album.

Welcome indeed, I know a few people will be quite excited by the quality of some of those shots.

Beautiful simplistic but quality rig anyhow and personally love the Album you displayed

Nice!

hahahahahahahah welcome to head-fi sorry errmm what EFN said

nice macro shots man; really good, no problem on the number of pics; I think its really up to you as to how many and others will let you know if they disapprove. I dont think you quite realize what you are now in for, now that you've started this journey

The lens used was a Sigma ƒ2.8 150mm Macro lens. I use it for Macro and general outdoor photography. I got the lens along with the 1.4x teleconverter last summer, but I don't use that much because it makes the image too smooth and creamy; a general loss of sharpness, really.

The HSM AF system that Sigma reverse engineered can't beat Canon's USM (which I have gotten used to on my ƒ3.5-4.5 28-105mm walkaround lens) but it is still pretty quick. I wouldn't try to use it for sports though.

The built in focus limiting switch is handy, but I find it more useful to use the lens' ability to manual focus when Auto Focusing to bring the lens back to the proper focus range. It's a lot quicker than waiting for the lens to find what you are trying to track on its own.

I can only guess that I am in for some fantastic sounding music, once I replace the majority of my iCrap downloads with ripped CDs. I ripped some CDs from my library that my dad has in AAC 320kbps 48,000, and they sound worlds better than that junk from iTunes.

The ER6i's coupled with the higher quality files have allowed me to enjoy my music at a whole new level. I have never before experienced instrument separation before, and I am loving it. Now instead of just hearing a muddy mess and only noticing the loudest instruments, I can hear every single instrument being played and the sound is crystal clear. From the smallest chime to the rich mellow notes of a Cello, I can hear it clearly.

And the best part is, the sound can only get better from here.

Thanks! I was playing "Pornografitti" over my computer speakers yesterday, and my Nana who is visiting just happened to walk by when they started screaming "Sex" over and over again. I'm not sure what she was thinking, but she looked horrified.

Really? Which one did you pick?

The iPod was a gift from my extended family on my mothers side. They did the Student Deal from Apple where you can get a Mac, a printer, and an iPod with a rebate. They got me a 2.4ghz MacBook with the 8GB Touch, which was essentially free with the rebate.

I could not be happier with them, because I know that they will last me for years. I plan on keeping the Touch when I get a larger capacity player because they had it engraved with my name.

I see. It looks so inadequate next to the other pics with the amps and the large/expensive headphones.

I would say "Lets see more of those beautiful rigs!" But after 120+ pages, I'm not sure anyone else has rigs to show; unless they have been updated or have recently joined.

~EDIT~ I have the original full size file of those pics in case you wanted the original~EDIT~

Yes many rigs have been posted, and this is part 13 so you will have 12 other threads to go through to catch up.

I have a few hundred in that album so that could save you a few hours.
