This is my first 8 hours of my portapros impression (on a intercity bus, in less than ideal environment for an open can).
First thing that stands out: separation of a song's different...
Fantastic sound (compared to the other wireless headphones and normal headphones) although, for me, positioning is very hard to get right, but once right the sound is full and crisp,...
Another Head-Fier here helped me get a pair of these from the Koss outlet store recently. On day one I didn't like them at all. Had this very weird and unbalanced sound signature. When using...
9.2.12,
I received a very small USPS package with my supposedly "new in open box" TF10's. The box, actually, was still sealed, and was from the Amazon Black Friday sale. For a brand new...
Little background, I’m a home theater guy who likes listening to music on his Tannoy’s with a Denon receiver I consider warm. When I upgraded to the Tannoy’s I almost went insane watching...
Wow. I was thinking around 150. 200 being the max. The M3 was designed to be a wonderful sounding amp which doesn't cost a bomb. Anything in the $300 price range would be outrageously overpriced IMHO.
It uses the hammond 1455C801BK so it is the same size as many other portable amps, 3.15 x 2.125 x 0.91 .
Where did you read that it is based on the m3 other than the name of the amp?
Seriously, the m3 is a DIY desktop amplifier, and parts for it run for the 150-200 you're talking about. Also taking into account the prices ALO charges for its other products I can't see this amp costing less than 300$( I'm not arguing about the prices being high or low, just making a comparison)
I'm just assuming it's based on the same design as the mini3. Lol.
