Aside from the dimensions up on the iBasso website, no specs atm. Didn't ask them. Just waiting to be surprised. Lol. I sure do hope those two front mini jacks are used for a line in and line out respectively. The previous T-series amp had the line-in at the back and two line outs at the front, which is useless to the most of us. With it being 10mm thick, I won't be surprised if I see a mini-B port at the back.

The previous models are the T1 & T2, which were slimmer than what's in the picture now. The only info we know atm is this new one is called the T4, its dimensions and how it looks. Lol. And it's being released in October. I've been checking the iBasso site everyday as I myself is really interested in a slim amp.

iBasso basically has 3 lines. The P series which are full fledged portable amps, the D series which are DAC/Amp combos and the T series which are their slimline amps.
P: Portable
D: DAC
T: Thin

Now I'm just assuming that they are short for those. And yeah, you could consider them lower priced amps.

I have had both the T1 & 2 and thought they were great portables. A very fun sound, in that you noticed their effects very easily. Probably not what you would recommend for critical listening but then again I am of the opinion that portable and critical do not really belong together.

Anyway I would be interested in this one too.

Hopefully it does live up to "much improved". This would be the perfect portable amp for the most of us IMO.
