DAC + Amp ~$500

Ok, here's my dilemma. I have recently purchased a pair of HD650's and I need a good DAC and AMP for them. I have an iBasso D2 Boa and it does a respectable job. However I want more. I know what these cans are capable of and I want to get away from the portable setup and get a good dedicated home/Desktop setup. I will usually use my LT for the source. So here are my Requirements:

D/A Converter (would like to support USB, but if necessary I can convert inline)
AMP Good quality and synergy with HD650's.

My list for now:
Musical Fidelity X-Can V8 ~ $550
Meier Audio Cantate ~ $485
Zero 24 Bit DAC + Little Dot MKIV ~ $165+$350= $515
Cheap DAC (suggestions?) + WooAudio 3
Super Cheap DAC (suggestions?) + Graham Slee Solo/Intro (pushing the price here)
Cheap DAC (suggestions?) and Darkvoice?

HELP!!!

In relation to the "cheap DAC", I'd recommend the Beresford TC-7510 MK6/3. I've recently bought one and after a good burn-in time my source sounds outstanding. It comes with a built-in headphone amp as well, though I'm currently in the hunt for a tube/valve amp (either the Little Dot MK III or the Darkvoice 336i) for that 'special' tubey sound!

Good luck!

I should mention that I don't mind going used here. Especially with a good DAC. I have heard wonderful things about the Adcom DAC's and some others. But I haven't had much luck finding any yet.
