What do i do with the stuff thats in the cup.....do i take it out then put dynamat in there or do i just cover it up with dynamat?

I just ripped it out. Nothing wrong with doing that.

Markl suggests cutting a hole in the Dynamat and not to cover up the gray disc though.. Something I didn't find out until I already put the Dynamat in =\

So i should
-Take out the white foam
-cut a hole in the already cut into a hole dynamat so i can have the circle grey stuff there?

I completely removed the batting and then the grey disc as well. Then applied the dynamat directly to the plastic cup. I dont htink you should leave it in there.

just pm markl or search his thread some more. I'm sure it's been asked before. Otherwise you're gonna get more mixed responses.

I did this as well. Those gray discs add significant weight to the phones, in addition to the dynamat, so the combined weight may not be too satisfying.
