*Sigh* Yet another of my impulse-buys, for sale....
For sale:
Marantz SA8001 -- like-new, used only a few times.
Cannot be told from out-of-the box -- not a mark on it (basically unused!).
I decided to stick with the HDCD format, as I have been buying them for many years, and have quite a collection, plus several good-quality Marantz reference-series HDCD recorders and players. I'm happy with them, so this SACD/CD player will go. Just wanted to give it (SACD) a try -- and it does sound nice, but, too much equipment already.
It has many favorable comments here, about how good it sounds with SACD and regular CD, both.
I bought this a couple months ago, and just have not been using it -- I have many other very good sources that I use, so this has been sitting unused -- so, might as well sell it -- maybe some Head-Fi'er can put it to use.
In original box, with everyting that comes in original box.
Like all my stuff I sell, this is in perfect condition, still like-new, sitting in its box, basically unused. (Check my feedback)
