punslayer is an amazing person for having the sheer audacity to use those at all. as cute as they are I probably wouldn't wear them in public for fear of total embarrassment.

Unfortunately "cute" and "high-end" don't often go together. I bought the pig knowing that I probably wouldn't use it that much, because it was too cute to miss.
I'm out of the house a lot so I get about equal usage from my cans, speakers and IEMs so lacking SQ between them will just leave me thinking about what I'm missing out on. I'll just have to find cuteness in other endeavours..

Those are sick!! I would buy them if they were not at some Asian website. Not really comfortable giving personal information to a website I cannot read. Plus I'll bet those are painted with lead paint!

I just bought one on eBay,

Victor Jewelry Earphones Headphone Skull MP3 Music - eBay (item 260294484033 end time Oct-05-08 14:45:29 PDT)

They are made by Victor (JVC in Asia), and they cost me 64.95 ($49.95 + 15.00 shipping with tracking number), I will give yo my impressions on it when I get them, and I will include detailed pics.

These earphones are sold by Green House, a Japanese computer peripheral and specialty goods distributor. Check the pic and first link I posted in the OP.

These earphones are sold by Green House, a Japanese specialty goods distributor. Check the pic and first link I posted in the OP.
Cool. While they will never replace my Sony MDR-EX90's as far as my PMP setup is concerned (which includes to go wth them my Sony NW-HD5 DAP and RM-MC40ELK remote), they will make a cool collector's item.

Since I am here, does Green House have an English site? That was the ONLY pair I could find on either eBay OR YesAsia.com. This happens to be one of those unusual items that they make in Asia (the FiiO E3 and E5 were in this same position before being leaked out right here on Head-Fi), now my wallet is lighter by almost $70.00.

They do have an English website, but it doesn't show any of their specialty products like their earphones, and it doesn't seem like you can purchase anything from there. As far as I know, these earphones were just released within the last week or so, which would explain (partially) why they are still so hard to find.

DIY is a good way to combine cuteness and audio. You'd probably be hard-pressed to find a cuter amp than this

and it sounds pretty good to boot!

Recently there have been a lot of fashion-oriented earbuds and canal-phones popping up around here. So far my favorite (apart from the pig) are these

My wife has the multi-colored ones and they're pretty fun.
