Line in / Line Out cable quality/

Hey guys, I'm new to the Audio Scene.

Got a quick question.


Just picked up a CMOY amp.....etc..


Was just curious, are all LINE IN and LINE OUT wires the same?

Or are there actual quality differences between a cheap cable and expensive one?

Here are both sides of the argument:

Cables, Power, Tweaks, Speakers, Accessories (DBT-Free Forum) - Head-Fi: Covering Headphones, Earphones and Portable Audio

Sound Science - Head-Fi: Covering Headphones, Earphones and Portable Audio

Me personally, the changes made at any simple wire is such a minuscule difference, if any, that it's not worth your money.

something better than radioshack but hardly ALO, most especially as it's just a cmoy and your source is (presumably) less than stellar, as are the cans?

Not such an important piece for, I think

Eh...I recommend the best in the business because it does make a difference. The fella in the link down there in my sig is the one to confer with. He can lead you to a good cable.
