not sure on the actual members head-fi name, but that is the 'shops' name

i wanted to add my thoughts on Desktop Audio coming out of the UK
as i have been very impressed over a few transactions now.

James, the proprietor, is very helpful and straight to the point and seems to always help out you, the customer

i have bought everything from isonodes to DACs from him, and the personal communications and help during all transactions has been the best i have experienced.

brings back the true meaning of a 'local audio shop' mentality and boy is it welcomed

thanks James for all your help and look forward to dealing with you again in the future!
