Headroom DAC input signals

Is it correct that the headroom DACs can accept a wide variety of digital input signals, or is it limited in what it can lock on to?

Specifically, since the DAC is 24 bit/192kHz, it can accept SPDIF input signals over coaxial or optical all the way up to 24/192 right?

USB input, however, is limited to 16bit/48kHz due to the transfer protocol yes?

I'm asking about the general HR DAC units, like the "Home" or "Max" that is included in their various amp lines.

Hello Ruahrc,

Our HeadRoom DAC's USB protocol handles up to 44kHz while optical can do 96kHz... Our HeadRoom Max DAC installation & HeadRoom Ultra Micro DAC component both offer input digital data up-sampling to 196kHz/24 bit performance with data reclocking/regulated ultra-low jitter oscillation.
