Apple a Thief? Who would'a guessed

LOL...maybe it's a little payback for Microsoft stealing Apple's OS back in the day, but whatever the reason, MS has it in their minds Apple did a baddy.

16GB iPod Nano 4G Copied From Zune | PMP Today

it's a non story.

yeah: if the nano looks like the zune, then what does the zune look like? certainly not the nano. im sure of that right? the zune with its non-labelled circle and then squircle and tall thin machine just like many other companies, looks a stones throw from any apple machine in the last 6 years. considering the nano is probably the most copied machine to date, the zune, a nano look alike with a long screen is a perfect platform for apple to 'copy' in order to get back to their old nano line.

it really looks nothing alike unless you want to say that the screen orientation alone looks like the zune

You'd be wrong. I like all. I don't do favoritism. If one who has a product I like does something idiotic, which does happen quite often, I'll make it known. I love my Zunes but I hate the attitude behind MS that the dock connector is not to be used with an LOD. The same goes for Sandisk. I hate what Apple did to my brother and myself by not resolving a 1 year old failed battery in a nice iPod Video I bought him for his Christmas present, complete with engraving. They wanted money to repair or replace it and the warranty was only up by a few days.

But I have products from all of these companies.

lewis sounds similar to me but i have become a fan of apple mp3 players as of last october... indeed!

I like apple products but hate the commercials, the thread is humorous to me.

What I want to know is: what happened to all of the 4GB Nanos that weren't shipped out? I certainly don't think Foxconn will be asked to crack them all open to add another 4 gigs of memory to thousands of iPods. I kind of hope they'll show up for cheap someplace.

They really should be cheaper, though. I mean, another 10 bucks will get you double the memory. I was really thinking more like $100.

EDIT: Post 100! I really spend too much time here...

I agree and I think the 3G Nanos, 8GB version, should be around $100. Currently they are $130, I think it is, and for $20 more you get a nice, new, fresh 4G Nano of the same size.

PMP today is one of those sites you only look at for names of DAP's/PMP's to look up on google. I never read their stuff, its unsubstantiated objective opinionised garble

Just like Engadget, huh? PMP gets most of it stuff from Engadget but lately they have been outrunning Engadget to punch with new material. I've been noticing Engadget running PMP stuff after a while.

I'm biased.

I bought a product after reading one of their 'reviews'

after the item was already in the air and on its way to my doorstep I looked more closely at the 'review' and infact it wasnt a review at all....more like a sales pitch....and behold what I bought was a piece of crap.
