Yuin G2 on ebay?

Hi everyone! I was just browsing ebay and found Yuin G2 for sale! Now, I understand these aren't availiable yet on Head-Direct website and I am wondering if this may be a fake. I just have enough money on PayPal to buy it now and I am so tempted! What do you guys think? Should I go for it? Did anybody else buy those by any chance?

I haven't heard it but I do think that YUIN should hire a designer.
It looks really ugly.

Hmm, looks are subjective. Personally, I like their design. What really matters though is the sound - I bet they will have better bass with more impact and bigger soundstage then my Yuin PK2s due to much larger drivers, provided that they are genuine that is.

Well, I just sent two messages regarding the G2s - one to the ebay seller and the other one to Fang at Head-Direct. Both replied already. Here's what Fang wrote:

"G1 and G2 still have mold problems. The just release very small amount with some problem"

Here's what the ebay seller wrote:

", they are all really YUIN earphone. It is some attract sales. I'm the only one sale YUIN earphone on ebay. The G2 is a new arrivel, and G1 is not released yet."

I just sent another message to the ebay seller regarding those mold problems that Fang is talking about. I am not quite sure what Fang means by that, but it may be that those G2s are still an unfinished product. Let's see what the ebay seller says.

why every time we have to consider Head-Direct when talking about yuin?i agree that they are the first to bring yuin outside japan but at the same time having monopoly is not good about prices...i am happy that i found someone else selling yuin products.

I don't think Yuin is from Japan.

Just from the pictures, these look the same as the real ones, mind you I'm not totally sure myself. I saw some at my local earphone/head-fi store in HK thought I haven't tried out their sound yet Heres a link to the online website of that store (its in chinese though http://www.mingo-hmw.net/product/pro...57b583cbecf9e1)

Oh man, the G2's look PIMP. If they're better than the KSC35/75's, I'm getting me a pair. Anyone ordered them yet?

Ok, the ebay seller replied:

"They not defect product. I have not heart the construction issues. If there is construction issures, ONE year warranty. So don't worry about it."

Ok, I believe this guy. I am sure Yuin won't release a product that still has serious issues with it. But we'll see. I just ordered a pair to try out. Will post impressions when it arrives.

Well, I asked Fang about the G2s as well, because I know for sure that I can trust him. If the G1/G2s did not arrive to Head-Direct yet, then there must be a good reason for that and thus seeing a G2 selling on ebay considering they are not available on Head-Direct makes me suspicious of their quality.

Oh yeah and Yuin is a Chinese company BTW, not Japanese.

roxxor, that is funny! I look forward to your impressions. As the owner of a PK1 (Head-Direct) I hope they sound great, my PK1 are just umbelievable specially for a bud.
