My favourite app is probably 'Trains'. I think it's UK only, but I'm sure there are equivalents out there. It is very simple - it tell you departure and arrival times for trains from most (if not all) train station in the UK. It tells you routes, and whether train are cancelled or running late. The interface is so amazingly simple to use, it's never once crashed or let me down. Boring I know, but what can I say!

My personal favorites:

Tap Tap Revenge 2
Sims 3 (Amazingly alike to the PC!)
Real Soccer '09
FS5 Hockey
Whiteboard
Binaural Beats (It really does relieve headaches... Temporarily though)
Punch Meter (Great when you have some friends... Not accurate + it's dangerous unless in a silicone case
iShoot (I play it plenty in class... Lol)
Touchgrind
Asphalt 4 (Insane graphics for an iTouch, but Sims 3 is considerably better)
