WET

It is not just Texas - here in western Missouri, rain has been coming down for days, and the local creeks are brown torrents. I came downstairs about six am to find the entire basement wet, and spent the next three hours dragging water-heavy carpets and rugs outside. Both dehumidifiers are going full blast. Losses include nine too-far-gone books, and two others are drying. The LP's were all upstairs . No audio gear got wet. How did the rest of you fare?

It's raining here in Columbia. Not sure about St. Louis, where I live.

Sunny, about 20 degrees Celsius, nice breeze. Which is rare for fall in vancouver.

wait until october when we generally get 10 hours of sunlight whole month

Sadly I was expecting something else from the thread title.

Yeah, here at the OC it's fine weather. Still summer, but the nearby ocean help subdue the blazing heat of the sun for the most part.

It is sunny and nice in Los Angeles.

I'm going outside to play with some power tools. Results with photos to be posted in the next few weeks.

And it'll be at the meet on October 18.

Rainy and windy all day. It's supposed to hit us hardest soon, but I hope it doesn't get too bad.

Of course it is!

Here in Georgia it is sunny, hot, and quite humid. (Around 80%, I believe!)

You should know by now, Muleman, that anything I post will be in good taste.

No rain around here the last 3-4 days.
Cloudy and just 7 degree celsius though...

It was about 97 and dry today.

I love single digit humidity.

I just saw some photos from south Texas, and I have to backpedal now and admit that my problems yesterday were minor. Hats off for Texas! If I didn't have a job to go to tomorrow, I'd go down there and help clean up.

We're finally drying up after being dumped on by Fay a bit ago.

It was cool though; one evening our Son drove his John Boat up our road and tied it up to our porch. He then took the other kids out for a ride. They had fun.
