I just got the Zu pivot today. I am using a RCA>mini adapter from radioshack to use it to replace the Canare starquad mini to my supermini. I can acctually tell a difference. The cymbals sound a bit clearer and its like a fine adjustment in the focus of everything.
Now I just can't wait on that gilmore V2, especially in light of the recent raving reviews.

My 100% praise of the Revo is going to end with this post. I still love it, and will continue to use it (until I can afford a better source) - but there is one area in which it is sorely lacking - Dynamics. Bass and treble are far from exciting with the Revo, and both micro and macro dynamics are not great.

Detail and soundstaging are excellent - it crushes all other sources I have tried in this respect (most of them crappy) - but even many budget sources can overtake the Revo in terms of dynamics/excitement.

dd3mon, I agree with you the dynamics arent that great. I am hoping that a DAC can cure that.
