I am looking for a headphone amp with the following features/specs: +4dBu balanced stereo inputs (XLR or TRS 1/4") and two stereo outputs with separate attenuation control. me and the mrs. just can't agree--know what I mean? any and all suggestions are appreciated.

Here are links to 5 Pro-Audio products that have balanced inputs and multiple independantly controllable outputs. Short of this, I think you're going to have to buy two amps.
