The Fellowship case has a nice leather book texture that I wish the Hobbit one had. It might be the classiest CD case I've ever encountered. But the Hobbit OST has 2 discs and a lot more tracks so I'll see how they match up musically. I'm definitely going to sit down for a listen later tonight.
The album is well recorded, music doesn't sound thin and every instrument is more distinctive than The Lord of The Rings. I hope we get to hear Renee Fleming, Sheila Chandra and the others in future albums.
