She need a Ipod LOD

get this and use the 3.5 to 3.5 to hook it up. But remember, you will have to use the volume knob on the A2's, the ipod volume won't work

Hi,

I'm just tossing this out there because I have one and love it. I use it pretty much just when I take my long, relaxing baths (yes, I'm a girl) and for me, the sound is awesome -- it gets loud and the bass is good for what it is. I am far from a speaker/headphone/whatever pro, but I know what I like. And for the price, you can't beat it ($79.77)....... I've had mine for what seems like forever and have had no problems with it.

What bitrate are her files, if they are under 320, then she would probably be happy with any walmart dock

Most of her files are 192 and above. I know I can barely tell the difference between 192 and 320 with headphones, so I'm guessing that it should be fine. Her gripe with it is that the reviewers say that the Audioengine A2's are a bit pricy for what they are, but they are good. Does anyone know of any other brands besides Audioengine? I was thinking M-Audio or something. Thanks for the suggestion about the Klipsch, qbit. I'll let her know about it. Hmmm...
