I want to build a Trsansistor AMP. But I don't know which model of
the transistor is good. Could everybody give some info to me for
reference.

on the HeadWize libary, check out:

the Szekeres Class A MOSFET amp
the Kevin Gilmore Pure Class A Dynamic Amp
the Sheldon D. Stokes amp
