Just purchased a K702 from ebay @ $309.98 inclusive of shipping over to Singapore. Cheaper than one selling locally.

You can view the item AKG K702 DYNAMIC REFERENCE HEADPHONES K-702 - eBay (item 270339400613 end time Mar-05-09 06:52:02 PST)

Can't wait to pair with my D2 Viper

I'm only using the iBasso for my first session. Overall SQ is far much better than my Sennheiser R130. I'm no audiophile myself and that's what I hear. Should let it run (so far around 10 hrs plus) and hear the result again.

I've cooked my K702 for 500+ hours and still cooking. 10 hours make not much different from stock condition.... Happy listening though.

After the 500+ cooking, how's the SQ like? What amp you're using?

Yo green what sort of music are you putting your 702s through ? Cuz i'm an avid listener to rock/dance music and i'm wondering if 702 can do the job well as compared to other phones with similar price tags.

Looks like a heavy cable for the K702.
