Must Sell! Used 32GB iPod Touch w/accessories

Selling my 5 month old 32GB iPod Touch to pay for my new iPhone.

Includes:
-Box, manuals, stickers
-Headphones
-Docking cable
-v2.0 firmware ($10 value)
-Apple USB Charger ($40 value)
-Sena Ultraslim Pouch ($30 value)

Condition:
-Front screen is absolutely perfect. Zero scratches.
-Back has light scratching/scuff marks from about one week use inside my pocket before I bought the pouch. Nothing major or deep. The pictures barely even show the scratches well because they are faint.
-Battery is perfect. I typically charged once a week or less.
