I do a lot of running, previously I was using Sennheiser PX-100s and loved them for rock music, but does anyone have a better suggestion given my price range?

$20. Koss KSC75s. Since you said you don't mind clips, those are the only way to go for anything under $50 where activity will be used. Microphonics from the cord is not an issue like they are with Marshmallows, or any other iem. JVC Gumy's are a good choice for $10.

Otherwise, everything else out there sucks or is overpriced.

wow, this thread prompted me to visit koss.com to find out that the KSC/35 is STILL available? is it true? I thought they only re-introduced them for some limited time a few years ago...

Sennheiser OMX70 Sport, clip on earphone. Great SQ for the price too, and as long as you have the fit right there should be no reason for it to fall off. It also comes with a cable clip too which is always helpful.

i see those, I'm probably going to order them with my 325is next friday - but then I noticed the Sportapros. I definitely like that style of headphone quite a bit more, how do they match up to the ksc75?

check out the forums for Koss Porta-Pros. In your price range and one of the best portable phones. I can't believe that these things are under $50. Well reviewed too.

I like mine slightly better then the PX100's, which I also own. Different sound then the Sens and a nice change.

I just bought a pair of OMX90's off of ebay for $25 (they were slightly used, but well worth it). Do some hunting on ebay for a day or two before committing yourself, you might come across a steal like I did.

I tried running with the KSC75's, and although they didn't fall off, they did make my ears uncomfortably warm.
