I just wanted to make a post to commend the guys at Little Dot for their terrific customer service. David has been exceedingly quick to respond and very polite.
Best of all from the time I placed the order (Aug. 22nd) it took only 2 business days to ship and arrive in Philadelphia U.S.A, half way around the world. I was completely shocked it had arrived already as I had anticipated it coming sometime next week. I can't wait to try it out

Agreed. David's always been very quick to respond to emails within hours, and very helpful with follow-up questions months after my initial purchase. My MKV arrived in five days (with a weekend intervention), and I had recieved it before the shipping company even had tracking info in their system.

LD has very good customer service and David is great to deal with - always very responsive and helpful.

when i received a faulty unit, littledot told me to hold onto it and sent me a new one which i received in a matter of a few days. when i returned the defective unit to them, they even reimbursed the shipping cost.
that was some amazing service.

I have not purchased from LD yet (soon) but I have asked David a lot of questions and he was so quick I am wandering if he does ever get some sleep!

Even though I no longer own Little Dot amps, I have to admit their customer service is superb from personal experience. It took a week to get a replacement 2++ after mine died. And they paid the shipping both ways. David is one of the nicest guys in audio.
