It don't fit

I have a query sure to rock the very foundation of Cables, Power, Tweaks, Speakers, Accessories (DBT-Free Forum).

My stereo headphones have an attachment that converts to the smaller jack type. This attachment proves too blocky to fit into the computer speaker input pictured below.



What to do?

You can get a different converter at Radio Shack (or better ones), no worries...

Better yet, get a 1/4 to 1/8 adapter with a short length of cable between the two connectors (now come standard with Sennheiser phones instead of the log pictures, I believe). It should fit in there, and it'll save the jack itself from unnecessary stress. Grado and Sennheiser both make good ones. Do a search for 1/4 to 1/8 adaptor...there have been several threads on that topic.
