Was removing the foam tip when the canal tube just decided to give way and snap off.
It amazes me how easy it just came off, I've done this procedure numerous times.
Is there anything I can do?
These were second hand and without a receipt, is there any chance they accept it for repair?

Talk to Shure. They are known for good customer service. If you butter them up in your email they might help you.

I managed to get UE to replace a pair of Super.fi 5 Pros I bought second hand that broke, so it can't be that hard.

Look on the cable for what should be a 4-digit date code. First 3 digits are the day of the year it was manufactured and the last digit is the year. So serial 0317 would have been manufactured Jan 31, 2007. Perhaps if date code is inside the 2 year warranty period they will replace free of charge.
