I got the news that ATH soon will release ESW11 JPN

 

At 2008 when they release ESW10JPN, they also release AD1000PRM. Hope this time they have AD2000PRM to accompany ESW11 JPN biggrin.gif

Next , how is the sound tongue.gif , but X means that it's not a limited edition as (PRM) or ANV , no need to hurry to buy one , will just enjoy my new AD2000 , read reports from AD2000X and if AD2000X seams interesting , peraphs give it a try later and when price will be down .

 

 

Edit : i am now trying AD2000 on Auditor +180 ohm custom made adaptater , no more huming or what ever furthemore no noticeable change in sound ...

A local  cable/electronic shop , i asked them to build the adaptater and it's done , they used : Neutrik NP3XB+NJ3FC + 2 R180 ohms resistors , and a bit of Mogami 2549 .

I think they are stellar prices at that price point. I compared these head vs head against a pair of HE-400 and thought these definitely were better than the HE-400

The prices are ridiculous. I don't know how it's not getting snatched up. I would not be surprised if they are better than the HE400 and they better be at the price they go for. I haven't heard the HE400 but I'll find out for myself soon.

I see the price in Pricejapan increase in one week.  Last week I check was around 38,000 yen, now is 44,800.

 

Any update on the difference of sound between the old and the X?

 

I only heard that instead of a mix of Aluminium and Magnesium, the X will be fully magnesium, soundwise?
