Upgraded to imod

Just got my imod from Ken today.I ordered it Monday.....Only 2 days. That's fast!!!!! I am really enjoying this new toy!!!!!!! And my new Jumbo Silver Cryo cable is not even burned in yet!!!!!!

I know, Im just going by the enthusiasm about iMods and cable burn in. I really hope you're enjoying them, but to my ears both iMods and jumbo IC cables don't really make a world of difference in sound compared to stock iPods and any other IC's. More like a block or two of difference. Again this is my opinion only, and I really hope youre loving your new toys.

to obtain great sound and BIG diffference compared to stock ipods, my advise is to use Pvcaps or Imod dock station.

it's in using nice caps that the imod takes it's second big leap

and of course you better be using lossless music

This is the ALO forum. We are talking about the ALO Cryo silver Dock,other ALO Docks and the imod which is sold by ALO. Isn't that permitted?

That's strange, my iMod with the unburnt black gates sounded horrible at the beginning. It took a long time before it matched any of my CD players.
But with burnt in VCaps... wait till you get there if you like it already.
