Dr.Dac2 or 0404usb or upgraded ZERO 24/192 ?

I'm suggesting a single source upgrade in nearest future, so i decided that according to some reviews these are the best items to go for me within my budget(<500$).

Source for now - computer soundcard SB Creative Live! Value.
Cans - Denon AH-D2000(25 ohm).

So what of these items will be better for me in terms of final sound quality improvement?

Or maybe it will be better to buy a discrete headphone amp?

Dr.DAC2 - easily upgradable, decent components, especially the DAC chip. My friend is very happy with it.

Hi,
I'm very interested in the Dr.DAC2... do you know which buffers it uses as headphone output? They write that it's a "TR Buffer" but I've no clue what that is...
Furthermore, does the USB-Receiver definitely support 24Bit/96KHz?
Any "hiss"?

Perhaps you could forward these questions to your friend next time you see each other!

Thanks a lot!
