Maybe connection problem or some component has died in the power supply circuitry. Or dead wallwart.

I've tried changing the power cord and wall socket so that's not the case.. probably some component died inside the unit . Maybe it has some kind of fuse?

My guess would be a large EMP attack. Have a mad scientist living close by? Or a fuse.

checked your fuse?

yup, probably a blown fuse.. Looked at some internal pics and saw there was a fuse right next to the psu. I'll try to replace that and hopefully it'll work again.

Ok, I plocked out the fuse and there is some text on it that says F1AL 250V.. I have a new fuse at home that says T1,6L 250V, will this work? Or do I need to get same one as was already in it?

Replace it with the exact some one as what was in there. ......the F1AL 250V.
