Do the oxygen free cables really help in sound quality or are they merely advertising gimmicks?

What is the use of power handling capacity. high= better?

Neodymium magnets. necessarily the stronger the better?

Sorry, i do not know where to post this at nor do i know where i can find the answers to these question.
All of these do not necessarily improve sq rite

Most all of the tech-sounding buzzwords you read (oxygen-free, neodymium, etc.) are more marketing hype than anything else.

Well, except in the cable forum...
