I also tried for over 6 months to buy the ampsack but got no response to my emails. A pity because they make nice products.
I just recently found this thread. I looked at the product and thought that I might like to get one of those. I'm glad that I read the subsequent posts, because I definitely don't have time to deal with a vendor that can't sell a product that has essentially been "advertised," or that doesn't have the capacity to respond to interested customers. How would it be after your have forked over the "cash?" How could they have the capacity to ship a product?
they have redone the website recently, so perhaps it will be better now; but my experience turned me off, so I havent bothered. good luck brad, certainly looks like a good product, pity about support
Yeah apparently so. We will see if my order gets filled without issues. If not I know a few people from Singapore that know Wilson well and can ask him whats up for me but as of this moment nothing seems to be wrong with my order.
I ordered one from uncle wilson's site maybe 3-4 months ago and it was shipped promptly. Didn't have any problems with my order but didn't try contacting him too, so not sure if communication has improved or not.
My hippoCase arrived today and I'm very excited to have it. I have one problem though. Even though I specified Classic (was told this would fit a 5.5gen just fine) I received a Nano sleeve instead. Upon checking the Jaben forums I noticed the sleeve for the bigger iPods is different than the one in the OP's pictures. Am I just missing something here, or does it just sound like a mix-up?
