Westone UM-1 versus Head-Direct RE2

In my search for my first pair of IEM (max price tag approx. $100), and after reading several posts and reviews, I reduced my choice to these two IEM's.
Anyone has owned (or listened to) both and can help by comparing them?

RE2 for SQ.

RE2 for sound quality. UM1s if comfort and microphonics are your only concerns.

foreal? the um1's sound quality doesnt match up with the re2s? how about the er6i's then?

RE2 definitely has better SQ than ER6i.
