This H120 was bought new (OEM, so no retail box), used for a few hours, then stored in a padded box. Comes with only an s/pdif optical cable; you probably want a charger and remote - check ebay (chargers are like $7, batteries are cheap). Unless you want to buy a radioshack 1.5-6v wall-wart with swappable tips. Make me an offer.
