Warranty Question

Hey Jason! I have a question about transfer of warranty.

I recently acquired a used pair of Sleeks from a member here on Head-Fi, but they only included the headphones since he lost all accessories. However, he has the invoice/invoice number from www.soundearphones.com that he gave me.

In the case of a need to send the Sleeks in, would that be sufficient enough?

Bump, need to know since cable somewhat ripped by the plug to the ear piece.

Did you try PMing Jason or contacting Sleek Audio directly? I imagine that's a better way to go about getting the answers you seek.

I'd reckon he's been busy or else he would've saw this thread. I contacted them through email earlier today, and awaiting reply.

Sorry for the delay First week back is always difficult. Yes it is transferable to a second owner.
