haha oops sorry for double posting there, i thought the first posting got lost ^^

a friend of mine has the "mahler" model by vienna acoustics but they don't seem to support my musical taste as well as the ones i chose. also they cost more :> he listens almost exclusively to 70s progrock to which i find them very adequate. i like electronic music better on other speakers though.

AFAIK ayon speakers are also built in austria though, somewhere south of graz

No, Stax baby is not a secret audio tweak. All she does is yank the cables.

Very cute, curra. The Little Monkey and I had to have a long talk about Daddy's audio toys...

That Phoenix looks nice in situ; better than the website.

I'm so glad the 2 little "mtbikers" are way passed that stage. Now they have their own stuff to pull on

There were something like 5 silver ones made too, which look even better, going by the NY meet thread.

Nah, David...old pic. It first broke when my wife was laid off in January 2008, and (I swear this is true) I had it packed up to go this April, and she came home laid off from the second job, which she got 8 months after being laid of the first time.

This picture nearly gave me a heart attack. My nephew is way too curious for his own good too.

My 11-month-old would go NUTS with my gear if I let her. I'm glad it's all in the basement...we all know that NO kid wants to go in the basement
