Keep in mind, I used a 1/4" Furutech plug, not a 3.5mm (I don't think that I could have pulled it off on a mini). At the connector end, I also had to strip all 4 wires and shrink tube them to the plug's cover, this was the easiest part of the job.

To me it's like a Ferrari, lol, great performace, awful comfort.
