What are the custom options?

I know the options for custom IEM's is gona sky rocket as I understand numerous hearing aid companies are moving into this field but, currently, what are the options? Could anyone give me a complete shorlist? I'm aware of, off the top of my head (so may miss some out I do know of):

Livewires
UE (10's and 11's)
Westone customs (are these custom UM1's or UM2's or completely different?)
Sleek customs
FreQ shows (I understand there are a few model choices here, but not how they break down)

Anymore?

Do you include IEMs w/ custom moulds? You could add Etymotic ER-4P/S, ER-6/6i if so...

Yer, I suppose they count really. Could you add Shures and westone universals with custom tips also then?
