I had Microsoft Works and Open Office installed on an Averatec Computer running Windows XP. I did not have any issues with that. I now have a Dell Vostro 1400 Running Windows XP with Microsoft Works and Open Office. I noticed that when I wanted to use either software, it would open slowly. I uninstalled Microsoft Works and that solved my problem.
Anyone else have this problem or am I talking to myself?
