I have decided on getting the ue-11's and before I order them I have some questions to the people that already have them about them so if you have some and are willing to help out a fellow headafier please do send me a pm but otherwise this thread is a discussion about ue-11 colors cables and artwork

nah any custom ue's count as they are really the same colors and artwork availability

When you get your impressions done, don't move your facial muscles! Keep relaxed and as still as you can for 8 minutes!

Also make sure the audiologist gives you a bite block. Your mouth should be opened and relaxed with a slight underbite in that position - it opens up the ear canal the most ... I had a perfect fit the first time.

I just want to know what color combo would look really good and how much the artwork costs and overall impressions compared to 3 driver iems

According to an email I got from UE:
"The price of the artwork depends on what it is - the price
can range from $50.00 up to $250.00 or more. You will need to forward
either a jpeg or pdf file of what you want along with any details to
describe what you want. We will show this to the artists and in turn
they will let us know if they can do it - at that point you are given a
price of the artwork.

You can have a different design on each ear but it would result in two
charges for the artwork since there would be two images."

Yah, it's kinda like getting a tattoo, but for your ue11s. You tell the artist what you want, they'll see if they can and get all the info, then tell you how much the tattoo is. It cost me $100 to have them put my logo on:






I wanted black for the logo color, but it wouldn't have showed up so I went with white......

I'm loving the sound of them. So far, I've paired them with my Zune and my laptop (via DAC) and I'm very impressed with the sound quality. Unbelievable detail.

hmm I was going to possibly put my name or something on the outside but it is not worth it to me just happy to have them. I have them in my cart with translucent blue with white cable but I am waiting till I get home from vacation to pay for them I have a recommended audiologist and everything!

Yah, I can see how slick that color combo would be! If you did put an image on them, using white would accent the cable color real nice.

Anyway, are you going to do any rush options??

I admire your patience! We took this entire week off for Independence Day Holiday, and after hearing about an opportunity to possibly get them the same week where I"m not working, I pounced on it.
