SOLD: Grado HF-1 (#52) (balanced w/ adapter)

SOLD!

The 'stats are crowding out the dynamics, so up for sale is my Grado HF-1, serial # 52. Please note that I reterminated the stock cable to 2 Neutrik male XLR plugs to use with my balanced amp. Thus, if you seek single-ended listening, you'll just need the included adapter. If you want balanced, then you're ready to go. So here's what you get:

1) HF-1 balanced (stock cable reterminated in Neutrik male XLRs).
2) 1 pair each of bowls ($35 from TTVJ) and flats.
3) The original box.
4) XLR--->1/4" adapter (custom made by Redco Audio for $22.00)

These phones are in very good, but not mint condition. Reason? Because I actually listen to them. The pads and physical condition of the phones are all near mint, but the silver lettering is fading, which is a common issue with the HF-1.

Price: $425 firm, which includes shipping, paypal, and insurance. I accept only paypal, and for now will be shipping in the U.S. only. But please do not ask me to ship ex-US. If I decide to do so, I will edit the thread. Thanks!

This is a nice, flexible pair of cans with extras. They sound great. Buy them you will.

ok, I guess one last try. I am asking $425 for a nicely balanced HF-1. It comes with a XLR-1/4" adapter ($22.00 from Redco.com) and a pair of almost new flats from Todd ($35.00).

I mean c'mon folks...
