Looking for IEM similar to Beyer DT880

I apologize for another what should I get thread but the search function didn't return any specific comments relating any IEMs to the 880s. Anyhow, while I do not find the Beyers to be perfect they match the sound signature I'm looking for pretty well and now that I am finding a greater need for some portable headphones would like to find something with at least similar qualities.

My only prior experience with IEMs are the im716's I got my dad for traveling. I have only used them with the included tri-flanges and those do not really bother me. As far as sound, I like how they bring cymbals and the percussion to the front a bit but find that many instruments seem to be portrayed with a bit thinner sound then I'd like. Finally, I have not really decided upon a price point that will be appropriate for the amount of portable listening I will be doing so any recommendations that you think would be pleasing to someone who like the 880s from $100 up to the UE TripleFi range are greatly appreciated. Cheers!

open phones and IEMs do not have the same signature even those from the same manufacturer. it's just the way it sounds based on the design.
