From website:

"Pros: - Really great laser for its price
- Burns things very easily
- As said, pops baloons, lights matches
- In fact, it burns any dark coloured thing (tried it on wood, rubber, skin, plastic, and so on)
- Allows you to focus the light on a very small point
- Light travels very very distant (you can see the point over a kilometer away)

Cons: - Lacks some security
- Those CR2 batteries lasted for a month with moderate playing
- Focus part became a bit loose after playing a bit"

DO IT!!!

Yeah, go pop some eyeballs, but leave the balloons alone. It takes effort to inflate them!

First off, this is one of the best threads that have graced the Members' Lounge in awhile.

Second, I say go for it, just be sure not to bring it to any Head-Fi meets.
