Warranty Question

I saw a pretty good deal on Ebay for this item I've had my eye on for a while, being sold by an Ebay power seller. However, I could not find the seller listed among the manufacturer's authorized dealers. On the page for the item, the seller states, "Manufacturer's Warranty Offered in Partnership With Distributor'. What does that mean? It doesn't say who the distributor is. The seller definitely looks legit but only has slightly over 200 feedbacks. I'm just wondering if this is really a gray market item.

If it looks fishy, it probably is. Stay away and find another seller.

Well, actually I already did. I found an open box item sold by Amazon labeled as "like new." It was cheaper than the Ebay seller and has the full warranty.
