Which player has the best sound quality via line out with OGG support?

My X5 headphone jack is giving me problem and looks like I need to ship it to Cowon for repair which means I could be without MP3 player for, God knows how long. So I have decided to buy another MP3 player. This player is going to be only used as my main music source for playback in my HT/Music system. No headphone use. I have a fairly high end system $4K front speakers, $2.7K subwoofer, a $3 amp and $1k in preamp. What I am looking for is the best MP3 player, with OGG playback support, for up to $350.00. I don't need more than 13-20 GB in storage. Any recommendation for the ultimate MP3 player measured strictly for it's sound quality ?

At a minimum, the sound quality has to be on par with the X5. But I am looking for a player that tops the SQ of the X5. Thank you all.

Excellent, as good as any portable player I've heard, and it's very format friendly

That's good to hear. I checked out Slimdevice's web site and the Squeezebox really looks interesting. If SQ as good as the X5 then my search is over. Thanks for pointing me to the right direction. I will read up some more.
