iPhone users, how much your plan cost you per month?

Hi guys, w/ the new iphone, I'm tempted to buy one. I'm not in a hurry though since I still prefer to have at least a 32GB iPhone However, I'm just wondering how much an iPhone plan will cost me per month. I'll also interested with the one who used jailbreak iPhone using Tmobile plan. How much a tmobile plan suitable for iPhone. Currently I spend around $50/month tax included w/ tmobile. It's only voice plan though. I'm not much a cellphone users but w/ iPhone I'll probably use it once in a while to check my stocks and email.

I currently have shared family plan for 3 phones for 59.95. Adding my iPhone for unlimited Internet and 200 text messeges was 20.00 more for a month.

I'm holding out for the 100GB, $150 iPhone .
