Foobar2000 settings for best audio

What are the best DSP filters, and settings and everything else I can do in my foobar2000 to make it sound the best ?
I want two option
One for an outside DAC (connected to the optic output of my sound card) and one for the usual speakers connected to my PC

You should download the ASIO support plugin first, then go from there.

Yep, but I am not talking about plugins only, I am talking also about how to config it.
Also
In this page there aren't thing like the rabbit DSP and so on
And maybe other cool DSP that help and I am not aware of.

The Electri-Q EQ plugin fills another gap for rockbox.

so we can't have most rockbox sound sittings in foobar 200 right?!

I thought foobar has rockbox sound sittings ?!
