Thanks for taking the time to put all of this together ClieOS quite informative. I went ahead and ordered a pair of RE2's for my brother as a gift partially based off of this review.

Did you get you PL30's yet? IMO, Atrio M5 is more suitable if you listen only to bass heavy music (rock as one of them). In general term, I think SA6 is more versatile.

Yes, the whole review is based on my XM3, and very likely a re-review will be done some time later with the 3Move (after I received it tomorrow). The two reasons are, 1) Some IEM are improved with amp, some are not as obvious. To avoid uneven result, I try to review all in a standardized setup. 2) I want to do it on a reasonably good portable setup (which is why most people buy IEM in the first place). Since I don't have an iPod to used w/ my amp, my Sony PCDP becomes the best choice I have (as it has a rather good line-out, but not as good headphone-out).
