I loved these buds to bits, they were the perfect everyday headphone. Small and light and comfortable and barely protruded past the outside of your ears. I like the fact that no one can really...

You must use the Panasonic SD format utility to format your SDHC card, since windows doesn't format to true SD spec. Use the utility from this thread, default settings.
D2 slow startup solution - iAudiophile.net Forums
You can put your music in artist folders right on the card, no need to make a music directory.

Me too, its easier, and nice to view by folder, and still be able to use the ID3 library too, with the SD and internal in one library, unlike the ZEN.
The panasonic formatter should speed up boot times and ironed out my initial library and folder problems.
Shame i broke the screen!
Keep it cased boys and girls!
On the 20th i should be getting a d2 with a broken power slider, white, 4gb, not DAB/DMB for the same price as the repair, but i need to ship the player to Korea for the repair, so its even cheaper, and i get a few bits of case, a battery, a 4gb non-DAB mainboard, and once i put my cracked screen back in it, a working player that is hard to use, but ok as a (frustrating!) backup player. It has some cosmetic damadge on the silver middle where the owner filed out a bigger hole to get the stylus in and opertae the switch, but hey, its cheap, fixes mine, and i get some parts.
Hope it doesnt fall through!
