I was close to approach Chord 64 which uses 220v as country I live in now but get withdrawn before asking.....

I live in Thailand, having non-cc paypal account ready to buy from potential seller. I'm expecting ones in higher leagues than DAC1 or even Bel Canto DAC 3. It should have usb input support with balanced output.

Let me know if you want to sell yours

I have a North Star Design 192 DAC I might sell as im considering an upgrade to thier Extremo model. It has XLR output but not fully balanced. It has an I2S input for connection to a computer or CD transport which is far superior to USB. List price is 1300 Euro. Let me know if you are interested

How did you arrive at that model?

Well, I changed my mind from high end CD transport + decent dac (which stands around $10k) to PC with this ones around $5k. Though it wont sound pretty close to my original plan, it still sounds reasonable for my $4k speaker and $3k power amp and I also plan to make home entertainment system for movies too. So PC should be the less expensive with reasonable value.
