For what its worth Zana is OTL, which ive heard has too much power for GS1000.
Seems to suit the Senns 600/650 makes them sing.
I would suggest SET amp for GS1K's.I use it with Cary Xciter which is SET and it makes them sing. (I know out of your price range)
Do not rush into buying your amp,save your Benjamin Franklins and get the proper amp for these awesome headphones.WA6 se maxed is also SET and may be the way to go.
SETamp + GS1000= Bliss
